Actually, I had this epiphany yesterday when I decided to go shopping and cruised through the picture frames at Gordman's. I really hadn't thought about the fact that I may want to get some of the more important features of the room to then coordinate the rest of the decorations. Of course it might help if I found out my roommate's opinion on decorating....
